Eddie "Ed" Asner was a voice actor for Regular Show, providing the voice of Santa Claus.
Outside of Regular Show, he was best known for his role as Lou Grant in the show of the same name and The Mary Tyler Moore Show, as well as playing Santa Claus, the same role in which he took on in Regular Show, in various films. He also provided voices for another Cartoon Network property with The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy,
He passed away on August 29, 2021 from natural causes.
