Talks is a minor character in Regular Show: The Lost Tapes. He was the former park manager, who took on the role before Benson.[1]
Biography
He was the former park manager of The Park. However, he shows that he doesn't do his job right as he just like to do what he wants and get a paycheck, even refusing to work as he doesn't want to make an effort.
In Beginson when Pops hired Benson after he was kicked out of Hair to the Throne, Talks showed up, whereas Pops gave him and the others a list of chores (which he had to draw because Talks hate writing) Talks walked away while planning to get soda that Benson offered (which he plans to keep the change).
Upon returning from the store and seeing how the park is now clean, Pops showed up and Talks took the credit, where after Pops left to try out the golf cart, Talks talked down at Benson, informing that him doing this makes him look bad and when someone makes him look bad, he gets upset. After Benson failed to return back to his bad, he was rehired by Pops as the new park manager and have him plan to fire Talks, where it was shown that the park is now ruined again, thanks to Talks. Upon being confronted by Benson, Talks began to get upset, to the point where he transformed into a giant slime monster (which explains the green slime that was founded in the park earlier) as he refuses to leave and attempt to kill Benson for talking to back at him.
However, using his new position as Park Manager, Benson release a powerful energy blast that not only hurt Talks but also destroyed him, leaving nothing but ashes of his skeletons flying in the air.
Appearance
Talks is shown to be an overweight white man with long brown hair with some hair growing on his back. He wore a pair of sunglasses, a black muscle shirt with black pants and boots. When he gets upset, he transforms into a giant slime monster.
