"Muscle Woman" is the fourteenth episode of Regular Show's second season (and the twenty-sixth episode overall). It first aired on April 4, 2011.
Synopsis
Mordecai dates Muscle Man's ex-girlfriend, Starla, in an attempt to get the two back together.
Plot
Mordecai and Rigby are both trimming the hedges and begin complaining about the work and how slow it is going. They notice that a distraught Muscle Man has barely done any work. When he starts crying, Mordecai and Rigby ask if he is in fact crying. Despite denying this, Muscle Man continues to cry but this time in his shower fully naked. After High Five Ghost explains why Muscle Man is crying (his girlfriend, Starla, dumped him), Mordecai and Rigby decide to ask Benson for help but this only makes matters worse as Benson assigns the duo Muscle Man's jobs.
After working for a while, Mordecai and Rigby try to convince Muscle Man to stop crying and get back to work but he refuses to do so. He eventually caves in after Mordecai and Rigby decide to help him find a new lady but this only makes things worse as he ends up having a mental breakdown. As a result, Mordecai, Rigby and High Five Ghost can only resort to one option - getting Muscle Man back together with Starla. The trio meet up with Starla, who is almost an exact copy of Muscle Man, but instead she is a female with a different hairstyle. They fail to convince Starla to get back together with Muscle Man thanks to Mordecai's speech on why she should start dating Muscle Man again. As a result, Starla falls in love with Mordecai and the two start going on dates together.
Mordecai eventually gets sick of dating Starla, so he decides to break up with her and get on with his life. This only angers Starla, who goes on a rampage and tries to kill both Mordecai and Rigby but is stopped by Muscle Man who begins to tell her how much he finds her attractive and that she is just like him, tries to act tough, but is very emotional on the inside. Both Muscle Man and Starla run up to each other as the rage in Starla's eyes fade away. They make out for a bit, to the disgust of Mordecai and Rigby, and then head off into the sunset. After Rigby claims that he had the most disturbing day of his life, Mordecai starts to have regrets for not preferring to continue Muscle Man's jobs, upon seeing all the destruction caused by him trying to break up with Starla.
